Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of fulfillment.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Fulfillment Ego Fashion partners with print-on-demand and dropship suppliers to fulfill orders. As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages if it contains multiple items. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally, but we are working on expanding our shipping options. Stay tuned for updates!
